Had my MOT done here a couple of weeks ago for a very good price, it came back with a pass with defects so took the car back to be looked at to fix these. They very kindly fixed this free of charge. Service is great and staff are very friendly, very speedy service also. Will recommend to others and continue to use them for any car issues.
Brought my car in for work required for mot following a recommendation. Darren on service reception was knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. There is a first come system at the weekends(I visited on a Saturday), but it was managed very well, and we were kept informed of progress with expected wait times. The waiting area was comfortable and spacious, free hot drinks were a bonus. I would highly recommend and will be back for future works now I've found a garage I can trust.
Brought my car here today based off a recommendation of a friend and I love the entire experience. The environment is very calm, the staff at the front desk is just so calm and spoke softly. I was told to wait 1 hour 20 minutes while my vehicle is been attended to or come back if that is easier for me. I was offered coffee as it is free on-site. This is a 100/100 experience for me. Will definitely refer people.
I've been using this garage for a few years now and can't fault them. I needed new brake pads and discs fitted recently - called up on Saturday, had a call back with a quote within 20 minutes and was booked in for the Tuesday. Had the car back the same day and at the price quoted, with super friendly service as well! Thanks guys :)
This garage is definitely customer friendly. They have an honest and straightforward approach, clear information and pricing given prior to carrying out work and repairs are carried out within a very reasonable time frame. My exhaust pipe is now fixed and my car is quiet again! Service here is so good I have booked my annual service and MOT with them. Free cup of nice coffee too! Thank you.
