My partner and I have been training with Ethan for over a year. Ethan tailored workouts to our fitness objectives - even developing a training plan for my partner throughout pregnancy. Ethan learned of my past arm and knee injuries and worked to improve strength and mobility to ensure pain free and safe workouts. Im the leanest and fittest I've been since college and genuinely look forward to the midweek workout Ethan plans for us.
Let me start off by saying this. I am the least inclined to write a review for a business or person. However, Ethan made me break this cycle. I was really at a point of no return, in my laziness. After years of procrastinating, I discovered Ethan. We had a very great talk about my goals. I gave him my background in sports, and how I suddenly stopped. For some reason, Ethan reinspired me to become the athletic and absolute best version of myself. I really wish I knew how to put into words, but he inspired me. To say the least. I would highly recommend Ethan, when it comes to trying to reach goals as far as body recomposition, strength, and fat loss, overall. Like I said, I don’t write reviews…. However, after working for several months with Ethan, I felt the most compelled to write this. He is an amazing trainer and motivator. Ultimately, I feel that he really cares about my progress, as well as yours. He has whipped me into my best shape, and I can guarantee he will do the same for you.
I have been training with Ethan for the last several months, and my experience working with him has been incredible. Over that time, I have lost body fat (-13 lbs) while preserving muscle and increasing my strength in all of my lifts. He is super knowledgeable and has been great with correcting my form and helping me to address some mobility/flexibility issues I had. He has an amazing, fun, positive energy, and I always have a blast during our training sessions. (He's a Warriors fan too so he gets additional bonus points) I'd highly recommend Ethan for anyone who is looking to get serious about their fitness and have a great time doing it.
