I’ve been going to EWC for years now and I’ve been seeing Kayla my wax specialist for a few months now and she’s great! Great conversation and makes you feel comfortable! I would definitely recommend seeing her for your wax needs.
Such an easy, efficient and pleasant experience here! The front desk team has always been understanding and flexible of trying to book appointments around my hectic work schedule: they never make it seem like a bother when I have to adjust. I have been seeing Anya and she’s amazing! She’s so kind, has great energy, and does a fabulous job on my brows everytime!
Went here for the first time and immediately fell in love. I had the best session with my Wax Specialist, Samantha. I also really have to give the biggest kudos to Maya. She was working the front desk and is the absolute best! She was so kind and informative. She created a price sheet for a salon pass that would bundle 12 sessions for both my brows and my upper lip at a discounted rate to save me some money. She took the time to walk me through the different options, all while juggling another client who was on hold and another client who was checking in. There’s nothing more valuable than an efficient multitasker that juggles all her duties while still maintaining patience and kindness. Thank you, Maya! Because of you, I’ll be back!!
I've been getting waxes for 10 years and after a couple sessions of unsatisfactory experiences I was recommended to Blair and trust me she is AMAZING. I've been going to her consistently since and I'm more than satisfied. There was one time recently Blair was booked and I was recommended to Samantha. I went in super nervous because of what happened in the past but she also did SO GOOD. I'd highly recommend either of them and I they deserve all the good things in life.
Blair is the best! She’s detail oriented and very pleasant to chat with. She recommends products that ACTUALLY address my concerns. She gives is 11/10! Also, the front desk associate Emma always makes check out smooth and easy. She lets me know about the deals coming up and when to renew my passes. I love this location and will continue to be a patron!
