We chose the most beautiful and extraordinary wedding venue in our area for our daughter's wedding. It was perfect in every way but we needed a space that would accommodate our band separate from the wedding ceremony area. We made the decision to rent the 60 x 120 Twin Pole Sailcloth tent from EventWorks in Jacksonville, FL and used it for the outdoor portion of the reception with the buffet, tables, bars, dance floor and stage for the band. Abbey was the absolute best in steering us through the process. She is very professional, knows everything about her company, is highly organized, always available and on top of everything. She immediately knew every single need involved and worked carefully with us and our Wedding Planner to ensure every detail was taken care of. We also rented the furniture for sitting areas around our dance floor among many other items that made this occasion as grand as it could be and she was always available to assist us and personally attended the site visit before the big day. This is an absolutely beautiful tent when displayed and it is massive in size and splendor. Watching the set-up by this very qualified and hard-working company is very enjoyable as well. EventWorks worked very hard on our behalf to make this one of the most memorable events of our lives and we will be forever grateful for the excellent service they all provided.

The team at EventWorks did a terrific job creating a romantic and fun space for my daughter's wedding ceremony and reception. After a last-minute change in venues, Abbey came out to our house more than once to help us plan how we could maximize the available space to accommodate our guests. She laid out two plans: one for fair weather, and one for rain. Fortunately, we had a beautiful weekend! Rico, Mike, and the rest of the delivery team worked into the night to get everything setup. They were flexible and provided excellent suggestions to create the most inviting environment. The wedding and reception were perfect. Our guests couldn't believe the whole event wasn't originally planned as it was. Thank you, Abbey and the entire EventWorks team.
