I had an amazing experience at Evolve Social Wellness Space in San Antonio, TX. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely friendly from the moment I walked in. They really took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. I was especially nervous about the cold plunge and honestly didn’t think I’d be able to do it—but their encouragement and support made all the difference. With their help, I not only got in, but I also did it twice! The environment itself is calm, clean, and very relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be back as part of my recovery while training for my half-marathon. Highly recommend Evolve to anyone looking to improve recovery and overall wellness.
Amazing staff. Jack was a true help. Just stopped in for some quick cold plunge and sauna ended up staying about two hours. Very reasonable on the price love the experience. Wish we had one of these back home.
A biohacking gem 💎 Came in for contrast therapy drop-in, left with a membership. I didn’t realize that they have so much more than just cold plunge/sauna. Sauna is at 190. Cold plunges are as low at 38 up to 55 - great to choose your own adventure (esp for women). IR saunas, full stand up RLT, compression sleeves and cryo-compression, vibe plate, a meditation room, stroboscope light therapy with a vibration bed. You can even grab an LMNT on your way out. People were friendly. David was genuinely welcoming and super helpful.
Solid Facility. The staff are very service oriented / friendly, the place is always kept very clean, the fellow clients are often talkative and chill people, the cold plunge + Norwegian sauna is my favorite, and they even have professional massaging chairs. Overall, 4 visits a month is worth it as the relaxation and body feel is stellar. (My sleep has improved from a score of 70 to 90+ after doing cold plunges and sauna here)
