I wasn't even sure if I wanted to repair my car since the value of the car and the repair estimate were about the same. ExperTec was able to figure out which part of the ABS module was failing and replaced only that part. They also replaced my oil pan. I've found my new auto repair place! I'll definitely be back for all of my regular maintenance.
Very fantastic service, above and beyond the call of duty for this great team! Manny and Matt are my number one repairmen. They know my car better than the dealership! That is why I refer to them as my M&M mechanics! Keep up the good guys!
I have been going to them for about two years and the service is great. Everyone here is friendly and willing to help. Matthew is great. Its hard to feel comfortable as a women when it comes to finding a great mechanic, but I feel like I've found my for every place here. Thanks guys!! Happy New Year!!
It’s my car’s time of year again .. oil change! Parking: They have a small parking lot with limited parking spots. There were no spots when I arrived, so I just parked in front of the shop. Ambiance/Environment: The inside is small with a waiting area and a coffee station in the corner. The couch and chairs are comfortable and clean. There were consistent customers coming in n out for a weekday. Service: I called the shop before coming in to inquire about same day walk ups. Manny answered the phone, and he mentioned they were able to accommodate walk ups. When I arrived, he was also the same person that checked me in. He was nice and efficient. Majority of their workers speak Spanish and English. They offer complimentary shuttle services. Though, I couldn’t take advantage of this service bc their driver was on lunch. My car needed a full synthetic oil change. If you have a coupon, make sure to present it at check-in. The coupon I had was for an oil change starting at $39.90. It cost $79 after taxes for my oil change; which is about average price nowadays. Since I couldn’t use their complimentary shuttle services, I decided to wait there. It took about an hour for them to finish. They take cash or card as a method of payment. Thankfully there’s no extra fee for using card.
Came in for unknown issues regarding my car jolting when I had the breaks on or while driving down the street. They diagnosed within the day and were able to get the parts and service completed while I was out of town for the weekend. Great service and great communication. Guys working the front desk are always super friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is nice as well.
