Joseph and Abbey were incredible. So quick, careful and lovely. Do yourself a favour and go with Ezy Air, every step has been, well, ezy. This was an air-conditioning installation and switchboard upgrade and it looks wonderful. I must add as someone who has overseen a fair few building projects, this team win the Tidyest Tradie Award. The whole Ezy Air team were fantastic from start to finish and are a true credit to their trade, themselves and the business. I have no hesitations in recommending them whether it be for an apartment split system installation to maintenance. Leigh managed the project from start to finish outstandingly with an exceptional level of communication, professional and honest advice (shout out to Ryan as well!). The team who came to install the unit were amazing and took the utmost of care in every detail of the installation - a huge thank you to Jackson, Joshua and Nathan. They went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations and I look forward to doing business with them again and to wholeheartedly recommending them to anyone who needs their services!
Had a great experience with Ezy Air. I needed to replace one single old unit and trunking with a dual split system to cater for the lounge and bedroom. Leigh was easy and efficient to deal with online and also gave me great advice on the phone when I needed clarification regarding power supplies. The guys: Josh, Nathan and Wilson were super efficient and professional. They arrived early and completed the job within 4hrs leaving the premises clean and tidy. I’m very pleased with the speed, knowledge and professionalism of the team. I highly recommend them if you need to install air conditioning.
Ezy Air was brilliant in replacing my old single head air conditioner with a new 2 headed air conditioner. Their expertise in dealing with apartments in the city was fantastic. I struggled to find anyone willing to help, but it was not an issue for Ezy Air. Easy quoting process, good communication and fabulous work for the installation. Josh and Archer were helpful and explained the process as the installation moved along. They were also very considerate regarding my pet dog and bird. I would highly recommend Ezy Air for any unit installation. All documentation was provided quickly to appease my building OC. Super happy and not hot!
A complex but efficiently executed job carried by EzyAir to install a 10kwh heatpump (an outdoor reverse cycle heating and cooling unit) on the roof of the apartment above mine and bring the refrigerent gas lines and electricals to header (indoor) units into three rooms of my apartment. Their recommended unit gas been appropriately sized to ensure it is not overloaded and thereby operates in its most efficient performance range. All internal walls solid brick and external brick cavity for the building envelope so the works are a bit trickier than brick veneer. The roof above three storeys and large scissor lift required. Whole team on site all day led by Abbi - made easier as all specialist trades, including electrician, are employed in-house by EzyAir. They worked very well as a team of five. Polite and considerate of my needs for required temporary power shutdowns. Lots of drop cloths were brought in by them and used to protect my apartment and furniture from dust; clean-up was performed to a very acceptable standard including wiping brick dust from walls and clean up of common driveway. Excellent external works carried out with very neat, well-routed and secured conduits internally and externally. Highly recommend for a good result and excellent customer service in terms of quoting, scheduling and works notification by Ash.
