Absolutely over the moon with my new build! Very well priced and was ready the next day, they had run out of stock for the the current promo that was running when I went to pickup, I simply messaged support and they said they'll replace it with an upgrade (240Hz monitor instead of a 200Hz) over the original promo! Can't recommend these guys enough for any PC needs

I was looking for a laptop charger of an old model, as the current charger stopped working. Visted some places but still cannot find the replacement charger. On EZYPC, they offered some useful advice and pointed out where can I get the charger. Good service.
😡Beware! Took a Leveno laptop for screen and backlid repairs. It was returned with a very poor standard repair. I informed them I wanted the laptop repairs as close to possible to it's original condition. They resued the bezel and tried to fixed it with a poor quality's adhesive. They also misled me to believe this part wasn't available for purchase, which wasn't the case as Leveno stocks this product on its site & I was able to source. The screen wasnt OEM! Yes they did do a redund but costed myself & my partner a lot of downtime. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you actually care about your laptop. Very disappointed!
Late review, but I have to say that I am very happy with the purchase of my Elite Gaming PC tower, and with their customer service. Once I placed my order online, I was promptly informed that there would be a delay in my order as they had run out of a few components, or that I could change my order from a white theme to a black theme. The delay was a mere 2-3 days. I had my computer ready within a week I think, from the order placement. Later, I had a little issue with the little digital screen on the tower, so I took it back to the store. They quickly and in a good manner, fixed it and showed me what to do if it happens again. Can't ask more thant that. Thanks EZYPC team.
