I purchased some of their new skin care line Plated and let me tell you....game changing, face restoring. I use the z/o radical might repair and the plated intense serum and eye serum. Three days in and there is a noticeable difference in the quality of my skin and my pores. I also started a weight loss journey and opted for the triceptide and the morning after my first dose I felt full and had to make it a point to eat because I wasn't hungry. I will update as my weight loss journey continues. Brandi was great in explaining my options and the particulars of the Glp1's so I could decide what would fit best for me. Shannon is super friendly and Brandi has never steered me wrong in the years I have been coming to Face Forward Toledo. I am 54 and in a face forward career and Face Forward Toledo keeps me at the top of my game.
This was my first experience with botox and fillers. I was feeling down about how my face was drooping after weight loss. I went in and Brandi answered all my questions thoroughly. She made me feel comfortable and pretty in the skin that I was currently in. She made suggestions on the areas I had concerns in. I left with botox, fillers and a little bit of extra lip for some sass. I felt beautiful. Kate was extremely helpful in getting me the lowest cost and signed me up for the rewards program. I saved hundreds of dollars because of her. A couple days after my apt, I received a call/text to check up on how I was doing. I will 100% be back.
My experience was absolutely amazing. Face Forward is by far the best in the area. Kate was very welcoming. I was seen very fast. Brandi was very knowledgeable and very informative. She also went over other services that might be of interest to me that maybe I wasn't thinking about. I felt very comfortable. I didn't feel like I was in a cold doctor's office.
