We immediately fell in LOVE with our chosen Fanuli couch which was great because we could then stop looking at furniture stores and start designing our nest. The style, quality and comfort of our couch is amazing, but it is the people at Fanuli who are helping make this process fun! The staff are approachable, friendly and knowledgeable and have been wonderful on this journey, most especially Jeremy, Monica and Balli. Jeremy was immediately supportive of our vision and as two novices, he made us feel we could make our dream come true. Monica and the Outside Box team provided vital sizing and space advice and Balli’s visit to our home pushed us to expand our creative vision and entertain vibrant new ideas. We really feel cared for in this Fanuli experience and are super excited about getting our new couch!
A beautiful showroom with an extensive range of Italian branded furniture. We absoloutley love our Fanuli sofa and the wonderful experience of purchasing from the knowledgeable and friendly team guided by their interior design services and expertise.
We love our Fanuli furniture. Their showroom is inspirational, complemented by the excellent service by the team. Their design consultant was able to tailor a package for my home. I have purchased from them in the past and keep coming back because of their personalised service and attention to detail.
We walked into the showroom and was immediately impressed with their range of furniture - but it didn’t stop there. We were greeted by a very knowledgeable Balli who showed us around and asked the right questions and gave us her ideas. We arranged another meeting the following week where Balli presented her ideas - to which my wife commented that she would be delighted with everything that was presented to us. Very professional, very high level of customer satisfaction and based on that, we would highly recommend anyone in the market for beautiful furniture, make the effort to go to Fanuli.
