SCAMMED!!!!! Actually the worst, most wildly unprofessional and awkward encounter I’ve ever had in my 32 years at a retail place. Or any public place, for that matter. My 6 yr old son and I were in OKC for the first time having a special day. After my son was holding onto a watch that I was planning to buy for him, the lady working came over and asked if she could help him put it on, to which he said yes. She took the watch from him and about a minute later of messing with it, out of no where she claims that she *thinks* my son broke the watch and store policy meant I had to buy it. *while pointing at a sign that said the same thing* Like I said before, I was planning to buy it for him already. But after she accused my son of breaking it, like any parent would, I wanted to know how he did so since I had been standing there the entire time and never saw anything, but also didn’t want to buy a broken item from a store. I asked several times how/when he did it, what she saw, etc. and she could never give me a straight answer, except that when she came into the store and saw us (because she was not initially even inside the boutique with us for the first few minutes we were there) he was trying to slide it on his wrist which “must’ve forcibly broke the watch.” She couldn’t even physically point out where or what was broken on it, just kept holding on to it tightly and pointing at it. Mind you, we had just gotten in there to shop and had barely even looked around yet. I ended up just paying for the watch right then, after being harassed and her continuously accusing my 6 yr old little boy of doing something he did not do, nor did she actually see him do. HOWEVER SHE DID NOT GIVE THE WATCH TO ME. I also got no receipt. I left there feeling extremely shaken and very set up. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SCAM OF A PLACE. I can’t believe there are real life businesses actually scamming people out here like this. Just be careful coming here, please!

Reviews don’t lie for this shop for sure. It’s a cute little boutique and Leanne (I hope I spelled it correctly, if not I apologize!) was phenomenal. I walked in asking for help to get 2-3 outfits with only a half hour to spare and she pulled out the cutest ensembles that I would’ve never selected for myself. I loved them all and was able to get in and out so quickly. Customer service like this is why we SHOULD always SHOP LOCAL! ❤️ I’ll probably be back tomorrow for more 🥲

I am so happy I stopped in today! Farry’s store is so unique and she was such a delight to meet!! She had the cutest clothes and amazing sales. I wasn’t able to shop her beauty products this time as I just popped in real quick, but I could shop in there for hours. I will definitely be coming back!! She has an eye for style and helps you feel so welcome while shopping! Found my new favorite gem in OKC 💖💖

I bought a watch from this shop. The owner herself mentioned it was vintage from around early 1900’s - early 2000’s. After buying, I decided to look up the brand and found that it is sold on SHEIN for 5$ instead of the 40+$ she sold it for. I think it’s fine to build up your business but don’t lie about your products or where they are coming from.
