Ray is the man! Had an excellent experience getting my phone's cracked screen fixed here. Ray was the technician who handled my repair and he was fast, professional, and did a perfect job. While I was waiting, I also picked up a new car charger and a phone case from their accessories section, which was surprisingly well-stocked. Great service and great products. Highly recommend!

July 10, 2025 – 3:00 PM I got my Google Pixel 6 Pro screen repaired here, but right after the repair, I noticed a faint white line on the display. The next day, that line turned pink. I went back to the store to have it checked, but they refused to fix it under warranty—even though I had just paid for the repair. Clearly, the job wasn’t done properly the first time. When I asked the staff for his name (since I wanted to know who I was speaking with), he bizarrely replied, “My name is Fast Cell Repair.” I asked again for his actual name, and he repeated the same thing after the 3rd time he told me his name . Honestly, this isn’t a joke—very unprofessional. What’s disappointing is that I had previously bought an iPhone from them and had a great experience, which is why I trusted them again. Unfortunately, it seems like service quality depends on who you're dealing with. Thanks for nothing. I hope no one else has to go through this kind of hassle.
