Got my glasses repaired as it had to be soldered cus they were separating from the lenses. Work was quick and good. ~57$ for the repair. Both Costco and LensCrafters referred me here. Took maybe 10 mins after he was free from another customer

I was greeted by a nice young lady and I told her my watch band needed resizing. She passed it on to the technical dept and he had it done in two minutes tops. Fit was good and very pleased with everything. I had tried to adjust it myself and I bent the cheap tool that came with the watch. I recommend this shop.

I Initially Went To Jc Penny's To Inquire About Purchasing Watch Bands For Ah Citizen Watch. The Lady There Wasn't Interested In Helping Me And Suggested That I Head To Fast Fix. Thank God For That! The Lady There Was Very Down To Earth And Made Me Feel Comfortable And Appreciated! She Took The Time To Listen And Suggested 4 Different Bands And Explained The Pros And Cons Of Each! Next Time I Know Where The Real Service Is And Will Be Sending Anyone I Know To Fast Fix For Watch Repair Needs! Thank You Guys And God Bless!

One of the worst places you can get watch repair. Service is appalling and completely unprofessional. We brought this watch for a battery replacement after purchasing the 2 year warranty for batteries , once we got the watch the face was crooked and had dents on the side. Returned to shop and employee stated the scratches were already there and never even apologized for the clear mishandling of my watch. They refused to refund the small fee of watch battery. Later they retracted and We’re willing to perhaps refund if they took back the battery they had put in. All in all the watch which was older and a family heirloom was treated with pure disdain. What a shame! They had such a simple job and failed miserably. We took the watch to another watch repair man who confirmed the ill treatment of the broken piece inside and was able to repair it at our cost. “Fast fix “is the worst place to take your valuables! Do not trust this place.
