The person at the counter was very polite, very efficient and really helpful. Took him 5 minutes for a watch adjustment, for which most stores said it would take couple days or a week.
I took my engagement ring here to get sized up as it was a bit tight and Steve was so helpful! I came in an hour before close and he had no problem getting the ring to the right size and it looks perfect. He was super friendly and very honest with what he could do and the pricing was reasonable. He also said to try out the new sizing and if it didn’t feel right we could bring it back and he could adjust it again at no cost. I definitely will be recommending him to others!
They are truly a gem. I had my watch dropped off to get the battery repaired which they did without delay. I dont live close by so its a trek for me to go there. They reminded me weekly my watch was ready which I appreciated so much. I picked up my watch after a month maybe longer. I will continue to use them for watch repair and definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their services.
I read the reviews and went in to trial the craftsmanship with a bracelet. They did it in 5-minutes; exceptional work and service! Brought-in more complex repairs and they handled it with ease! It included resetting stones, loose clasps and so on. True to their word, they had it done in 30-minutes at a reasonable price. I will be returning and recommending this business.
To say I was satisfied would be an understatement. These guys were amazing! Firstly they were so nice and understanding and patience, which is hard to find in businesses. Secondly my ring has never been shinier I mean it’s blinding. They were amazing and so fast! I brought it in while walking the mall showed them the center diamond fell out and they said they would reset it and told me the prongs needed some work. They got to work quoting me and giving me a time frame and I showed up and my ring was done beautifully, cleaned, and polished. I’m honestly so grateful. If you are in the need of repairs or polishing or anything in that area. THESE ARE YOUR GUYS!!! 10/10 I will be back and I will tell my friends and family and probably random people on the street about these guys.
