My wife and I moved to Jacksonville in 1997, and if I remember correctly Fast fix was a little booth in the mall. My wife gave me a Movado watch in 1992 or there about. Fast fix has maintained all of our watches since 1997 and that has been about 8 for me and maybe 8 for my wife. I am talking quality watches like the MOVADO, GUCCI. I just had three watches serviced today. Btw the Movado is still ticking thanks to FAST FIX. I say 25 years of good service for my wife and I personally. We keep going back!
The name only says part of it. They actually did fix my watch super fast. The price was reasonable as well. What they don’t mention in the name is the very friendly staff! Felt like I was talking to family. I LIKE not feeling like just a dollar sign, but like I made a connection! Will return to them EVERY time!
I've been to this place many of times to have my jewelry fixed. They do exceptional work. They are very professional and pay very close attention to detail. They're always friendly but most of all, my jewelry has meaning to me, so I need to have trust in a place when my jewelry is being cared for. I can trust this location at the Avenues. Great staff. Truly helpful. One stop shop for my watch repair and battery replacement. I also got my watch cleaned for a small price. It looks as good as new. I’ve found my forever jewelry repair shop! I would highly recommend them as yours.
Absolutely love fast fixed at the avenues mall. I have used them many times and trust them explicitly. Everyone there is so kind, helpful, professional. I used another jeweler to do some work on my grandmother’s ring, After receiving it back, the stone didn’t look the same. I had previously had it appraised, so I took it back to the Same jeweler that appraised the ring, he informed me the diamond has been switched. I was shocked and hurt. I love this fast fix because they also will let you make an appointment to watch the jeweler work on your Jewelry. Definitely use this fast fix, the repairs are absolutely beautiful, they also sell jewelry and the people are amazing Thank you, fast fix!!!!!!!
