Love Fast Pace. They are quick and so kind. Everyone takes the time to listen and understand. Not only that they are up to date with tech. Register online upload documents. Everything is done before your arrival if you wish.
The staff was great. I was already feeling yucky but each person I encountered was nice. I failed to get names. I just wanted to get better. I highly recommend this location on Lee Hwy. My experience was amazing and fast. Clean facility, staff with a great attitude, fast but kind service.
Friendly staff, super clean facility, bathrooms spotless, lots of parking, barely any wait time. Probably one of the best if not thee best clinic I’ve seen in a long time. It’s nice to run into great patient care services where the service is stellar. I even thought about making them my primary clinic once I land this job. I went here for a drug screen for a new job!
The service provider “wendy” was very rude and unprofessional. I am a younger lady with mild scoliosis. I sometimes have flare ups with muscle tension (maybe twice a year MAX). I came in in hopes of getting a simple toradol shot. I usually only use AFC as their providers are always extremely nice and professional, but chose this as it was the closest option. Upon meeting with aforementioned provider, I was told to exercise and take ibuprofen 400mg. I was also told my spine was not curved as bad as her friends. I guess that means my pain is not bad either? Not sure how this information pertained to my appointment and I did not appreciate her belittling me and minimizing my pain. She then asked if I wanted a work notice. Mind you, this was 5:30pm on a weekday, I had been at work all day with excruciating pain, so no, I don’t need a notice. After almost being brought to tears from her belittling me and my pain, I asked if there was anything we could do today. She then said I could have a toradol shot, I said yes that would be great. She then looked at me and left the room without another word. The assistant came in and gave me the shot, she was pleasant. The provider also did not provide any paperwork for me. As I was also leaving, getting into my car, the provider came to the front of the building to speak to the receptionist I suppose. The provider then proceeded to stare at me while I was leaving while speaking to someone else. This provider needs much more training when pertaining to bedside manner and making a patient feel comfortable. Unfortunately I will never return to this site even though the reception and time to be seen was very quick. This is due to the absolutely abhorrent provider I was being seen by.
Fast Pace Health Urgent Care on Lee Hwy was fantastic! Alyssa Leffew, NP, was amazing—knowledgeable and quick to diagnose my broken foot in just 15 minutes. There was no wait, and the care was fast and efficient. They take all insurance plans, even BCBS of TN E plan, and were open on a Sunday. Highly recommend!
