I have yet to go to Fat Sal's for their regular menu. I have only gone for their collaborations. I loved the Coming to America collab when they turned into Mc Dowels. The food was amazing! This time we went for the Rickmas collab. Honestly the smash burger with pickles, fried pickles and pickled flavored ketchup was perfect. The Fat Rickmas was packed with flavor and their Fat Cookie was mind blowing. The shake was truly decadent but the churro was just ok. My only issue is that their Philly Cheesesteak fries weren’t tossed with cheese. Once you got past the top layer they were just fries. We will be back because I want tha Fat Bahn Mi!
We went here because of the Rick & Morty collab. Decor and stuff was cool. Food took around a hour or so just for 2 burgers and fries. I think they kept pushing uber/doordash orders before inside costumers orders. The burger meat was super bland. No seasoning at all. I didnt event to finish the burger it was so boring to eat. The sauces are good but not enough to balance it.
Fat Sal’s Is the place to go when you plan on getting full. They have a huge selection of sandwiches that will make your head spin. Their specialty “Fat”‘sandwiches are just that “fresh and temping”. They also have your regular burger, hot dog and the normal fair but the specialty sandwiches is where they shine. The shakes are out of this world and the fries are outstanding! I got the Fat Jerry. It feels like it weighs about 5 pounds but it’s all good. If you’re counting calories Fat Sal’s isn’t for you. The steak with fried egg, mozzarella sticks, fries and chicken fingers was so freakin good I can’t even begin to describe it. You have to taste it for yourself. I take the mayo off and the ketchup because I don’t want ketchup on mozzarella sticks or chicken but it’s not missed because I’ve tried it both ways. Bottom line if you wanna get a delicious hero sandwich with a unique twist Fat Sal’s is for you. Plus they’re open really late!
First time there. The food is a little pricey. I bought a steak sandwich with onion ring, fries and mozzarella stick inside the sandwich. It was good but it could have used more meat. The service was good and the staff was friendly. The seating could use lower tables for people who are handicapped. But it was a good experience.
We were leaving Oklahoma City and someone who had moved there from LA, told us we had to come here to eat. I would have liked to have had half a sandwich - it was so much food - but it was fun and different. I had the chicken; my son had a burger. Mine was definitely a unique take on a sandwich with a LOT of flavor. The chocolate chip cookie with cake and icing inside was also super fun!
