I’ve been coming to this location for print and ship services for the last two years. Every single visit has been great. I’ve been helped out by basically every employee at this location and they have been outstanding. Fast and exceptional service each and every time. Thank you guys for making my visits so pleasant. You guys are awesome!!
I stopped by this place for droping my trade in device. I put it in the original device box. The worker there enforce me to buy a box just for the used phone even i said i am ok with the box and any damge. And they want to charge me 15usd just for a cell size box. Ridiculous. Update: i stopped another fedex office, it is completely ok to ship with my cell box.
I just wanted to make a few copies, so I ended up helping myself. I sent it to Mail, paid five dollars, and in the end, I got a frozen printer and money was withdrawn from my card. Nothing else. It's a terrible place. I don't recommend wasting your money and time anymore. The people who work in this establishment are three layers who absolutely cannot help a single customer who visits their store.
They delivered my packages which was sent the same day to same address to 2 wrong different houses I had to walk around my neighborhood to find the package because when they uploaded the pictures that they already dropped off the packages, what I saw that not my house at all. And when I found one of my packages I also found that all packages that supposed to send to 4400 the woods dr are in front of that Lady’s house and her house is 600 sth and not even 4400 at all. And I had to walk back and forth to my house almost 2 hours. I found another one on the floor which is there is on door no house how can you uploaded the photos that you already dropped at “the front door” not even 1 house there. This is really unprofessional and irresponsible. Can not even believe FED EX is this much messed up.
I really like FedEx Office. I can find Poly zip letter envelope $3.99, Post it Canary 4Pk $3.99, FlashDrv Silver 64GB $14.99, and Hghltr Clearview 4Pk $10.99 for 4. Especally, I print my some documents here too.
