I went with a friend for a workout with Karen and she was incredible! She had a tough but fun workout for us, and it was fun to do some exercises that needed a partner. I also really appreciated her dedication to proper form, and the music she played for us was fabulous :)
I have had a great experience at FGF thus far, and highly recommended Karen Byers for personal training. She comes to each session prepared and energized, and each workout is well-balanced and effective. I wanted to get more comfortable with lifting heavy, and she has given me exactly what I needed! The exercises we do are challenging but always fun, and my confidence with weight training has grown with each hour we spend together. Great personal training studio! My husband and I do sessions for two with Nick, and we really enjoy it! It’s motivating, hard in a good way, and I noticed changes in myself almost immediately. The studio is well equipped, and a comfortable space for a workout. Highly recommend!
