In June 12 I went to this place and they cleaned my car but then after a few hours mark started appearing and a went back to tell them what happened but the manager first said it was sunscreen. I’m very disappointed
I recently had a disappointing experience at Finish Line Car Wash. About a month ago, I went in for a wash but had to leave because the service was not done properly, and I couldn’t wait for another round since they put me at the back of the line. Today, I decided to give them another chance and spoke to the manager about the previous incident. Unfortunately, the manager dismissed my concerns and implied that I was being untruthful about the situation. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. While I appreciate that they eventually took care of the wash properly, the initial handling of the issue and the lack of accountability were disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this car wash to others. I hope they improve their service and customer relations in the future.
So, my driver’s side door handle was broken here. The manager told me it was a bad design and it wasn’t his team’s fault. He even showed me a video. It’s just sad because it was solid when I had it, and the day I go for a car wash, I now have a broken door handle. I’m so sad. I’ll never know if it’s negligence that caused it to break or not. I just know that I went to finish my car wash, came back, and had a broken door handle with no support whatsoever. No help, and the business just told me “too bad”. ☹️ Great wash though wiped everything clean car looks great. I just wish this wouldn’t have happened.
Customer service is great, would give 5 stars alone for that. But the quality of the service itself is 2... I spent over $100 for a car wash and interior cleanse. There was a lot of residue on my exterior which is one of the biggest reasons why I spent this much. A lot of streaking left.. I also saw so much dirt left over in my carpets! The stains on my seat belts and buckle were definitely NOT there before this service.
