I have a special watch that normally has to go to back to the watchmaker for service. I moved here from NYC and the brand is not available here. Fink’s Jewelers at Southpoint was able to repair. They were friendly, prompt and reasonable. I will definitely return there for other needs.

A long time customer with Finks and could not be happier with the experience of purchasing a timepiece. Ike was very helpful and listened to my needs and he made the buying process as smooth as it could be. I’ll definitely be back to shop again with Ike and Finks.
I cannot recommend Finks enough if you’re looking to build your watch collection. Specifically, Ike & Claire, they are truly interested in finding the pieces that you want. Great sales representatives that focus more on you being happy with the item than pushing it out the door. I contacted Ike to special order a Longines watch and he quickly got the order placed and kept in touch throughout the shipping process. When I arrived I asked if I could view a few pieces. Ike & Claire brought several pieces for me to look at and decided to purchase a few more items while I was in-store (over hour drive). Despite the drive, I will only purchase my watches from Finks and highly recommend stopping in, even if you just have questions, they’re more than happy to help!
