I live nearby and passing by their shop makes my day every single time. I received flowers from some friends using Fioritalia. A lovely bouquet, very thoughtfully packaged. I could have left them in the box, which functions as a default vase if wanted, which was appreciated since we were in mourning and had recently moved, so didn't necessarily have a lot of bandwidth or access to vases (as it happened, we had both). Delivered kindly and professionally.
