Traveling through NO and had tire trouble. Broke my lug wrench trying to get the tire off. They didn't have a tire that fit my truck in stock, so they put my spare on at no cost. Extremely competent and trustworthy! While I was waiting several customers brought in Christmas treats for the staff. Obviously they are appreciated. They made a bad situation tolerable. Thank you!

Someone come a probably this place made up a fake review. The real story is I have never bought one tire from this place and recently took my car in because of my back brakes not working well. They kept my car for 2 weeks, said my computer needed replacing and kept leading me on and blowing me off about when I could get my car, they told me it would be over $2,000, and then when I called them to have another towing service pick it up and take it to a Ford dealership they suddenly called me and said my car was ready! I insisted on driving it just in the parking lot to make sure it was repaired. I backed up and could barely stop my car. The reason I initially went there was for my breaks and they were going to send me out in the rain with rear brakes that weren't working any better than they were when I took them in. In case you don't know, Firestone has a policy that if they don't fix the problem you don't have to pay. Thank God I knew this and boy did they catch on fire when I said I was not paying for services to my car that had not been fixed. I doubt they did anything! They were screaming at me, intimidating me and I couldn't believe my ears. Stay away from this place it is a total rip off and they were going to take my two grand and then tell me something else was wrong with my car. I'm totally convinced that's why they were so mad. The Firestone downtown on camp Street however is another story. They are very good, courteous and good mechanics. I hope you never have an experience like I did! Oh, and lastly, the Ford dealership showed me where something had been intentionally cut, that it was something that would never happen on its own and I took pictures and the service technician made sure he made note of it on my work order. The old saying that men will rip off women, or try to, is alive and well still in this day and time.

What an awesome location! I was greeted in the lobby by happy customers, which is always a great sign! I received fantastic customer service myself from Tracy prior to arrival when I called with my concerns about walking in and after I arrived in the shop as well. Tracy and her staff throughout the day seamlessly supported me to get my tire fixed and under budget within an hour and a half. I was able to go back into the world feeling safe and my team and I will be back at Firestone if ever needed in the future. I highly recommend.

I live in Florida and, while in Louisiana,blew a tire that couldn’t be fixed, and was an odd size, difficult to get. Both Helene at the reception desk and Manny in the shop managed to get me to new tires within the day and install them before they closed, allowing me to resume my trip with minimum delay. They did this with extreme politeness, desire to help, always smiling, and efficiently. My car having suffered a rear end collision, putting the spare back was an ordeal, and many spent 15 minutes laying on his back below the car to fit it in: kudos!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I highly recommend that store.

Great 1st experience at this location. The staff was friendly, the price was reasonable & the turn around time to have all new 4 tires installed was efficient. I waited and the lobby was clean, the bathroom was clean. I definitely will be back & will refer friends.
