Yesterday was the first time I took my 2013 VW Passat to First Class Automotives for its annual service, and I mentioned that I was considering driving to Queensland for Christmas. With this in mind, they conducted a very thorough inspection and provided me with a comprehensive report including recommending certain repairs related to safely driving the car across the Nullabor. I was very impressed with the service, and have no hesitation in recommending First Class Automotives.
Most certainly a first class service . Very easy drop off and pick up. Nigel explained everything clearly and Alana kept me up to date for pick up time Booking in was easy and the courtesy cat worked out very well. Highly recommended.
Excellent service as always. Fitted our vehicle in at very short notice due to an unexpected mechanical issue and did the repairs in a very timely manner. Good communication at all times and we were informed of cost before work began. Our major service was also completed at same time to save us another 4hr trip to Perth.
