Overall great experience!! They were able to fix my macbook and have it ready in a very short time. They went above and beyond to communicate with me and answer all of my questions and explain the process of my repair thoroughly. If I ever need to get any repairs done I will choose First Coast Tech over the Apple store any day.

I walked into this store because "why not" after wanting lunch nearby and finding out the local brewery there wasn't open until 3pm. And without any previous due diligence on eBay, I asked if they had an old all-in-one for my 1st grader with an engineer brain that I could just throw a friendly, stable GNU/Linux Distro onto and give it new life to become a mind-stretching playground of bits and bytes for my kiddo. Man, these guys are both knowledgeable and honorable. I walked out of the store with both parties satisfied, as Ben didn't want to tear the thing apart for eBay parts and I didn't want to spend a fortune on something my boy's toddler brother could destroy without hesitation if worst came to worst. They ensured what needed to work worked and the crew even helped me get tape and its old sticky residue off the screen of this BestBuy auction win because, well, they're great. They didn't have to though, especially at the deal they gave me. Ben said he was doing his part for the USMC Birthday (Semper) & Veteran's Day because they're cool like that. If you want a tech wizard, don't hesitate to walk in and say hi. In hindsight, now that due diligence has been done post-purchase, I've come to realize that this was one of the best sales experiences I've had in years.

I had such a great experience with Stuart and Taylor. Such fast and competent service! My old laptop was about to die and I wanted to transfer everything to my new one. They were able to do that in one day and at a great price. I even had a question about something when I was home 2 days later, called them and they helped me over the phone, and they were so nice about it. I would use them again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend them to anyone I know!

Even though they don’t do board-level GPU repairs, they went out of their way to help me diagnose exactly what was wrong with my graphics card and even recommended me to a specialist who could fix it. They only charged me the initial diagnosis fee and didn’t bill me for all the extra time and effort they spent helping me. They even held onto my PC for over a month—while my graphics card was shipped to the company I bought it from—keeping it in excellent, well-maintained condition until the card came back. Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine desire to assist really stood out. They’re punctual, friendly, and truly care about their customers. A special thanks to Michael Stewart and Taylor for being extremely helpful, very friendly, and completely honest throughout the process.
