I've been going to FIT 360 for maybe a year and a half, and it's a great neighborhood gym. I attend through Classpass, once or twice a week. While they don't offer the yoga, spin, and Pilates classes that I also like to do, the strength training classes that I go to round out my fitness routine perfectly. I never thought I'd be someone who weightlifts on a regular basis as it's always been very intimidating, but I keep finding myself back at FIT 360 week after week. Nino and Jonathan have been great teachers as I've gone from a beginner to someone more comfortable with the equipment and movements. What I like most about this gym is that there are people of all shapes, sizes, and experience levels together in classes and working on their own. I don't feel like I have to look perfectly in shape or have the fanciest workout clothes when I'm there. I can just be myself, ask questions, and think about my own fitness while there, rather than what everyone else is doing around me. Thank you all for fostering this welcoming space.
Fit360 is an exceptional community gym.I have been going to Fit360 for about 3 years, and am just now writing a review! As someone who had never lifted weights before, I've learned a ton. I always feel encouraged in the classes, and have made good friends along the way. I really enjoy Jonathan's 11am on Sat, Brian's Advanced Fit, and Krista's classes on Tuesdays. The trainers are very friendly, and often spend time helping clients like myself with form, stretching and pain management (even though they don't have to). I am glad to be a part of the Fit360 community!
Joining Fit 360 was the best decision I made when I moved to the Mt. Pleasant/Admo area! Fit 360 is such a fun and versatile gym. I've been able to improve my boxing skills and learn jiujitsu/self-defense by taking classes with Nino while also maintaining my general fitness. My work hours can be demanding so the 24/7 availability and early morning classes with Kat & Victoria have been incredibly helpful in staying consistent with my training. To top it off, Brian has created a really amazing community. The entire Fit 360 team is wonderful & welcoming and my husband and I have had the best time training here together and meeting other folks from the DC area!
Fit360 is everything you could ask for in a neighborhood gym. I’ve been a member for almost 2 years and I mostly use the gym independently following my own program. There’s a wide variety of equipment and they do a great job of investing in new/improved equipment too. All the trainers and staff are super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to introduce themselves to me when I first joined the gym, which made me feel super welcome from day one. I’ve also been to a few of the classes and taken advantage of the monthly one on one assessments that are included with an open gym access membership and have had great experiences. The trainers are super knowledgeable and make the classes fun by bringing variety and a sense of humor. The monthly assessments are an amazing membership perk that I’ve never found at any other gym, and they have other great benefits that are included for members like workshops to help you improve on a particular lift. One of my favorite things about being a member at Fit360 is feeling like I’m part of a community and supporting a small business in my neighborhood that truly feels like a fixture of Mount Pleasant in the way that it’s invested in the community and vice versa. I feel really lucky to have such an awesome local gym close by that makes me look forward to getting my workouts in!
I joined FIT 360 about a year and a half ago while recuperating from a sports injury. My personal trainer, Kwame, devised a plan for my recovery and guided me to elevated strength, balance, and mobility. He has also helped me sharpen my competitive mindset. But it is not just Kwame’s personal training that’s great, it’s the vibe of the whole gym. I am a senior and 360 is warm and welcoming with a full range of ages and equipment to accommodate a wide range of fitness goals. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. The fitness classes I have taken – most recently with Katie and Kendrick, both of whom are fantastic – have been fun-but-challenging full-body workouts, where I continue to level up my game. It is an excellent place!
