Went to this gym any time I had some contract work in STL but now the month to month is nearly 115 dollars for the first month with enrollment fees. Just feels greedy to charge junk fees for something that you’re already paying a premium on for being a shorter contract.
Amazing gym! Guy at front desk was friendly and welcoming, everything was clean and equipment seemed brand new and up to date. Has equipment for all experience levels and different types of lifting styles all under one roof. Whenever I visit the area again I’ll be back!
Probably the best gym in the area. Moved back after a six years away and noticed basically no new equipment. Everything is in good condition. Staff doesn’t seem to clean very much. I’ve been looking at the same dead bug on the dusty cardio equipment for a few weeks now. He’s my friend. Update a few months later. Can say it's obvious staff does not clean basically ever. Showers have not been looked at once since going. Dust bunnies everywhere that have been sitting for months/dead flies etc... Place needs a serious deep clean. Outside of a few staff mopping a spill or vacuuming a hot spot, they seem to sit around and let the rest of the place accumulate. Really want to love the gym because it has everything we need but there is a lack of passion to make the gym awesome and fresh. Lowering rating by a star for now.
FitCity has been my home gym for the last seven years now! They have the best equipment for anything that you want to train, which is great! The gym is very well ran as it’s very clean along with great staff, and a great community as well! I highly suggest checking out FitCity sometime for the best experience you can get in your fitness journey!
Fit City is great! The gym is huge and has a wide variety of equipment. The staff there are so friendly, Brendan at the front desk and Michael H. the personal trainer are the best! The equipment is a bit old, but everything is well taken care of and looked after. The gym is clean and everyone I’ve met so far has been courteous and polite. I’m happy to have found my new home away from home.
