Fitness Fight Factory is an amazing place for kids to train and grow. They offer jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and Muay Thai, and the coaches are truly top-notch. They care deeply about the kids and invest a lot of their personal time not only for practice but also at numerous competitions year round. The coaches are fantastic with kids. They know how to push them to do their best while still creating a fun, supportive environment. Since joining, our kids have grown so much in their confidence and overall attitude. You can tell the team at F3 is passionate about what they do and truly wants the best for every child. If you're thinking about jiu-jitsu for your kids, come to F3 and try it out!
Literally life changing. Dropped in here to check it out, fell in love and after 2 years it became home. Coaches are knowledgeable and helpful. Chill training partners for all levels and ages. Everyone from hobbyists to professionals are welcome! A lot of the photos here are from the old location...
AT 52 years old, working a desk job for the past 20 years and no regular exercise, I began to feel much older than I really should. I knew I had to get up and moving, but from past experience I also knew I needed something that was fun and would keep me interested in coming back. I found that and much more with the Fitness Boxing and Kickboxing classes at FFF. I was a bit hesitant at first being this is a real fight gym, but that feeling was quickly dispelled. All of the coaches and staff are some of the most amazing, humble and down to earth people you'll meet. Yes, these are fitness classes designed for non-fighters such as myself, but they are also very much technical classes. You will train under the likes of Johnny Bedford (the owner of the gym), Brandon Meneses, Devin Miller and more. You WILL learn basic boxing and kick boxing technique, while having fun and getting one of the best workouts ever. If you feel you are ready to move on to competition boxing, Muay Thai or BJJ, they offer those as well. I really can't say enough great things about this gym. Even if you just think you are interested, you owe it to yourself to call them today and schedule a free class. You will not be disappointed.
After having my two babies, I needed to get my body back in shape, and more importantly gain my strength back. The facilities are well kept and Fight Fitness Factory offers so many different types of classes. The owners and coaches are very knowledgeable in their field and it truly feels like a tight knit community. They have opportunities for all ages. I honestly only planned on doing a month or two while on maternity leave a year ago before going back into the office but I ended up joining indefinitely bc I love this gym and the coaches that much. Well worth the investment!
