I had a very similar experience to what another reviewer described. This shop may be suitable for minor services such as battery replacements or strap adjustments, but I would not recommend it for servicing premium watch brands like Rado or higher. I dropped off my watch in August 2025 and began following up in December 2025. Each time I checked, I was told it was “next in line” or would be ready within a week, but there was no real progress or clear timeline. It seemed there may be a lack of communication between the front desk staff and the repair technician. When I eventually came in after five months to request my watch back and a refund, having lost confidence in the process, an older gentleman came out and spoke to me rudely in front of other customers, stating that he does not work under pressure. I wish they had been honest from the beginning about the delay instead of repeatedly assuring me it was almost ready. Clear and transparent communication would have made a big difference.

JIm did a fantastic job on both my watches. One of them he had to completely rework but managed to fix it. My other watch was in for a service and for being over 30 years old looks brand new. He is a true watch craftsman which are so rare nowadays!

This is my first time giving a review. Don’t think it’s necessary to waste my time doing so but for this certain Shop do not take your stuff in for repairs. I took a necklace for repair Was charged $40-$60. I would expect for them to do a good job for that price. I’m going to put a picture of my necklace what they did and I’m gonna put a picture of my bracelet, what I was expecting to get. as you can see on my necklace is not welded. I could have gone and bought a cheap necklace somewhere and replaced it myself at home. Necklace fell apart after a week or so!!!!! Took it in to try and get it repaired and was charging me another $45 dollars He also said if he would’ve done that job. It would have not came apart. Clearly he doesn’t know what he’s doing because he repaired it once. I wouldn’t have called a repair cause fell apart after a week.

I came into the shop today on a recommendation from another local jewelry store. Very professional and awesome staff! I had a quartz watch with a dead battery and I was out within 20 minutes. Not only did they get it running again, but they also ultrasonic cleaned the bracelet. And now that I got home I just realized they also set the proper date/time for me! 🙌 5-star service from this shop & I guess that's where the name comes from lol 😎 I highly recommend them for all of your watch repairs!

Horrible! I went in & was going to see about having a watch band replaced & all the owner did was berate GOLDILOCKS Jewelers. Told me he was a better jeweler, and they didn't know what they were doing, & that he knew of them. I've been with GOLDILOCKS for 30yrs. Terrible way to do business.
