I was so pleased and impressed with my recent Samsung phone battery replacement and interaction at Fix It and Go electronics repair, on East 62nd Street off Lexington Avenue. It was especially refreshing to deal with this small single store's two young, extremely knowledgeable business owners/managers, who were courteous, prompt and communicative, seem to stock many parts needed (including for older models), and charge fair prices for the excellent service I received. While I was there, I overheard one of the guys offering kind, honest do-it-yourself advice to someone who would almost certainly have encountered a far more profit-centered response at any other repair location. At a time when receiving good customer service from competent humans has become a rare event, this small shop (with a narrow but wheelchair-accessible entrance) turned what had become a pain-in-the-rear but increasingly necessary errand into a pleasant, efficient experience. I am happy to recommend Fix It and Go to everyone needing fair, skilled phone, tablet and other device repair and advice. Let's support small businesses, like this gem!

My friends and I travelled to NY a couple weeks ago and I promised I would write a review for 11 STARS. When my friend dropped her phone and the screen cracked in half, Youssef was incredibly helpful in providing options for an overnight fix. We came 15 minutes just before closing, but Youssef was very patient and careful in providindg a screen of high quality. Can't recommend Youssef enough, if I'm ever back in NY and have phone issues, I know where to go!

Anyone can say that they run an honest business, but the employees at Fix And GO show it! I brought my phone in with extremely extensive damage. Youssef gave me the free diagnostic test and discovered that there was serious damage to certain components. He then spent days ordering parts and attempting a difficult fix, and when things didn't work out (not his fault, but due to the damage of the phone), he refused to accept any payment for days of work. The whole time, he answered my phone calls and even showed me the workings of my phone to explain what he was doing. These are the honest people that you want working on your precious devices. The best repair shop ever. Genuinely thought it was over for all my data because I was unable to completely back it up before my phone got run over my a car. Within an hour, the screen had been fixed and I was finally able to turn it on and get 8,000+ photos off the device along with my messages/contacts. I genuinely thought it was over, considering not only were both sides of the phone glass smashed, but the internals had also suffered water damage. I cannot recommend them enough, the pricing was also extremely fair and the customer service was top notch. Highly recommend and I'm extremely thankful.

Customer service here is top notch. I sent them an email at 7:30 this morning and by 10:15 I had an answer. When I called to confirm something, they were quick to answer the phone. (Many other businesses do not answer their phones. That seems to be the norm more and more here in Manhattan....) I brought my broken phone into Muhammad at 4:15 and he promised me a new screen by 5:15. He was true to his word. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and the store offers a 90-day warranty on all repairs. Aside from all this, the other cell phone repair stores I called in Manhattan would have cost me at least $75 more than this store did. In addition, this business does not add any hidden fees. They gave me an estimate and stuck to it.
