They took their time and didn't rush the job, even working late into the evening to avoid bad weather coming the next day. While the other companies wanted to break up the driveway, Fix and Flow worked with us on a less invasive option and carefully restored the landscaping afterward. We've used them several times since and have continued to be impressed. Bryan (Hibbard) was my technician and he was great. He provided detailed options for replacing my water heater and bringing all components up to code. He went above and beyond to restore hot water for my family 3 days ahead of schedule and during the holidays. Staff that I spoke with were extremely helpful and responsive, I even received a text with a photo and full name of the technician ahead of time. My toilet needed maintenance and Fix and Flow was able to come the next day to check it out. As a business owner myself, I appreciated that they were able to work with my schedule. They use a messaging system to communicate when your repair man will be arriving and who will be arriving. I really appreciate the communication. Kendall came and worked quickly and efficiently to replace my toilet. He was very courteous and respectful of the property ensuring that everything was put back the same if not better than how he found it.
