Ps5 repair. Charged me the price of a new ps5 to repair HDMI port. Didn’t repair it and charged me a second time to “fix” the issue. It’s still broken and I’m out of 500. Bad business and rude men

The staff here were very helpful and generous. I received an online quote from their website quickly, and was able to get my device repaired in about 30 minutes. Both their quote and their timeframe were less than estimates I got elsewhere. They have a generous warranty policy, and were willing to redo the repair when I was having issues. When my device continued to have repeated issues (likely still due to the initial damage), they were able to refund me a portion of the cost of repair. I appreciate their integrity and good customer service; I would definitely return!
