I did not want to leave my computer overnight in a repair shop as I still wanted to be able to have it on hand. So I was very pleased to find the option that Fix It offers of a home visit. Rafal was very conscientious and thorough in the repair of my computer. He obviously really likes his job, which also makes the contact pleasant. I am very pleased with the results and would certainly recommend his services to anyone that needs it.
Amazing service. Quick and worth the price. When no one else could fix my computer 5 years ago they did. When I needed my laptop cleaned they cleaned and told me what was wrong (I needed cooling liquid) and now in the middle of a memory crisis I needed a memory upgrade and they were able to get 64GB and install in under a week from when I called. Brilliant.
