Finding a good electronic repair shop can be challenging. John Ford at Fix It Planet is a great option. On two different occasions, John has walked me through different options - without trying to make a sale - so that I can make an informed decision. This last trip, he advised how to disable a feature on a laptop that would enable the machine to still be operable. In this case, this was the best decision, and it didn’t cost me a new laptop! I’d made two other stops prior to stopping at John’s, and neither had offered this option. …I recommend Fix It Planet as a great option!

Thank you for the great service and repair! Our older Apple computer, which we relied on for both personal and business accounting, was slowly failing due to hard drive issues. Normally, I would have replaced it with a new machine, but Apple’s constant software and hardware changes meant our older programs wouldn’t run on a newer computer. Buying new software, especially on a monthly subscription, just wasn’t worth it. That left me with two options: repair the old unit or try to track down a similar replacement. After spending days trying to troubleshoot the issue myself (too many frustrations to detail here), I realized I needed professional help. After calling several “computer repair” shops I found online, I was disappointed. Most either didn’t understand my situation or didn’t seem interested in helping. Then I found Fix It Planet and John. From the first conversation, John stood out. He actually listened, understood my problem, and offered practical solutions at a fair price. I decided to bring my computer to him, and just a few days later, I picked it up. Honestly, it felt like I had a brand-new machine. It’s running better than ever, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Thank you, John!

The couple over at fix it planet, are great. They are inviting, accommodative, kind, and knowledgeable. Today, while I had time, I brought my laptop in to get repaired for a charging port. It was a non-standard repair, as he was fixing somebody else's previous attempt. He charged a decent price, and even allowed me to view the repair from a big screen tv. Although he did a stellar job, after I put the computer back together, it computer never turned back on. That being said, I very much enjoyed visiting with them today. I will be suggesting them to others, and will be coming back, not just for them to fix stuff, but also just to support them in any way I can. It's good and honest people, like this, who work together, don't settle for half done jobs, look at everything and say "yes we can do it. We'll figure it out", and are personable - almost to a fault, that deserve my business.

I dropped my brand new HP, busted the the touch screen, and bent the aluminum casing. They were able to replace the screen and full touch capabilities as well as smooth out the aluminum! Of course it's not brand new perfect, but it totally works as new! Thanks!!

Dies ist ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen, das fantastisch ist. John ist der ultimative 'Fix it'-Mann. Such nicht weiter nach jeglicher Art elektronischer Reparaturen, die du brauchst.
