I’ve used these guys before for my old laptop, and for my current one. Last one had water damage (TOTALLY not my fault, BTW), and they fixed it pretty fast, only had to wait 2-3 days. This one that I have currently had been hacked, so I brought it in and my connected external SSD for inspection, and they found nothing and gave it a nice hardware clean. Only had a 1-day wait time, realistically (they were closed for Thanksgiving.) Very nice people, great service, must recommend!!!

Fast service, quality work. They replaced a charger input jack and two fans on a MAINGEAR laptop for me in less than a week for a super reasonable price. They called with updates each step of the way, and were very thorough with every explanation.

This place is the BEST. They have replaced two android phone screens for me. Most recently, I REALLY cracked it badly. For only $20 extra, they had the necessary replacement part overnighted. Good as new in less than 72hrs. The price for screen repair is fair, comparable to other local shops. But they are faster, and always super nice.

Update: The boys saved the day again. I needed a new phone battery ($20 cheaper than Apple would have charged) and a screen repair. I got both for $99, same day, under an hour. 5 stars again! I could not have asked for a better customer service experience than the one I got. Last week I spilled water on my laptops's keyboard and immediately rushed it to to the shop. That afternoon they were able to tell me the scope of the problem and they offered a solution. They ordered me a new part (which took a week...not their fault) and I didn't know how I was going to get my work done in the meantime. They gave me a loaner keyboard and I took my computer (which was otherwise working) home. As soon as the new keyboard came in, they called, and I brought my computer in for repair. The work was one within 90 minutes, and now it is working better than before. From stat to finish they were perfect----efficient, organized, communicative, polite, and most of all, competent in their repair skills. All at a very fair price. If I ever (God forbid) need repair work again, I am going to them in a heartbeat. And of course I will be sending everyone I know their way for help with computers, laptops, phone (screen repair too), tablets, etc. Oh, they will recycle your old phones, computers, and other gear. 100% 5-star review all the way. So grateful.

Beste Telefonreparatur im Großraum NOLA! Sie sind erschwinglich und äußerst freundlich sowie ehrlich. Meine ganze Familie – ja, sogar der erweiterte Familienkreis – nutzt sie. Ihre Preise sind äußerst fair. Ich hatte sogar einen Knopf, der seit sechs Monaten klemmt. Ich habe alles versucht, sogar zu einem Samsung-Vertreter gebracht, der mir nicht helfen konnte, und in 5 Minuten haben sie ihn herausgepoppt und er lief wieder wie neu! Ich kann diese Leute nur wärmstens empfehlen – sie sind die einzigen, zu denen wir unsere Telefone jemals bringen werden!
