Oustanding phone repair (new screen) done in literally 1 hour for a very reasonable price after I was getting quotes which were 3x as much from places in the city centre. Cannot praise highly enough, I genuinely won't use anyone else for phone repairs in the future. Really nice customer service also, polite and respectful, very upfront over the price. Best experience I've ever had with phone repairs and I'm in my 30s.

Quick service , fixed my phone within 10 minutes , fitted a screen protector too and gave me a free case for my phone ! Perfect service definitely recommend !! Thanks so much guys

Definitely will not be returning to this shop and would not recommend them to anyone! Unsure how they have so many good reviews here as the customer service was honestly terrible. I took my phone in to get the lens fixed on my iPhone 14 Pro camera, whilst attempting to fix the camera they managed to smash the back of my phone and claimed it wasn’t original making excuses for the damage they had done. Apparently this was the “first time this had happened”. Whilst they did replace the back of the phone (badly), they attempted to fix the lens but in the process managed to damage the actual camera and black dots were appearing when I tried to take a photo. I confronted them about this and they point blank denied it saying it was like that before. The owner of the shop seemed completely unbothered about the damage he had done and offered no solution at all whilst making up every single excuse he could think of. I later took my phone to a professional repair service shop and they confirmed how bad of a job they had done and the repairs ended up costing me much more. Leaving a review to make sure other people don’t make the same mistake. A bad experience all in all and far too much hassle. (23.08.2025) EDIT: Editing this review after the business kindly replied stating I had posted misleading statements, I would like to add that there is nothing more misleading than telling someone you will fix something and then damaging it more. I have now added a photo to the review to show the damage. Don’t normally post bad reviews but saw it necessary as dishonesty and poor customer service should not be a thing when people are paying for a service. (24.08.2025)

This is the best phone repair shop in Liverpool, with the friendliest and most helpful team. They always do a fast and efficient job. This week, my son broke his Macbook Air screen and the guys at Fixitt went out of their way to source the right replacement parts and it was fixed and ready the same day. Highly recommended.
