Fixlab was super helpful when I needed my phone repaired fast to trade it in. They also had the best repair price I could find at local shops. Tim was the employee who helped me; he is very professional and knowledgeable about his work. I would definitely come back if I needed another device repaired. They had my phone ready to go within a day after I brought it in, and I believe that was only because they had to order the screen.

I am incredibly grateful to Lucas and Will (? sorry not sure if the name is correct) but so far they fixed my old ipad pro that had a failure in the charging port after I left it in the rain, the kindle fire of my son which had a cracked screen, my wife ipad air which has a screen crack and also my iphone screen. They are terrific professionals and if they do anything wrong, they admit it and fix it properly. I hope to not have to use them again but given how clumsy I and my family are, I am very happy to know they will always do a great job fixing the gadgets we break.

No bullshit. Off the walk-in I asked buddy if he could fix my HDMI issue on my Series X. Without a doubt he took it and told me 24hrs. Granted I came after work around 2pm and as he promised the next day, It was ready. He even plugged it in to show me that it worked. 10 out of 10 and I’ll be taking my PlayStation to him to get the same service.

Very knowledgeable. Very professional. Very helpful. Very patient and kind. I had a phone with a cracked screen as well as other issues and Lucas worked on it until all issues were cleared. He allowed me to change my mind multiple times about various options and kept the repair cost very low. I cannot recommend him enough.
