Jeff Andrew’s, plumber from Flame Heating… was excellent. He provided everything needed to relocate my basement laundry system in my older home to the first floor. In addition he replaced old out-of-date plumbing in the basement, installed a new utility tub on the first floor, redirected the new plumbing needed to accommodate a stackable washer/dryer I had previously purchased. He is a true professional who was always pleasant and followed through in each phase of the project and discussed options to satisfy my needs. He exceeded my expectations. It was my pleasure to work with him throughout the project. Also he coordinated time for the electrician to be able to complete his portion in a timely manner.
I have a 10 year old furnace that quit working. It was installed by a different company who did not have good service. My buddy recommended Flame so I put in a request online for them to come look at my furnace. The communication before the visit was great and the technician called to let me know he was on his way. He took the time to properly diagnose the issue and answer my questions. The gas valve had went bad so he went and picked one up and the furnace is working great now. It was fixed in a matter of a few hours. I was expecting days or say that I would need a new furnace but it was just a simple component change. Thanks for helping in my time of need!
We just had our furnace replaced by Flame Heating and Cooling. Anna S. Was exceptional. She not only gave us a quote, she alqo helped us through every step of the way as we were trying to deal with the home warranty company. She was awesome and I really appreciate her help. She really went above and beyond to help her customer. BJ and Josh who came to install the furnace were very friendly, pleasant and professional. I will recommend these guys for anyone who needs their HVAC replaced.
Flame recently came out for my furnace. The service man was so friendly and accommodating. He was thorough and explained things in a way I could understand and I appreciate that. He was genuinely just a very nice person. Flame installed my hvac system 7 years ago and I’ve never had a problem. The sales person and the installer were also professional and friendly. The price has always been great! The recent service person offered me a membership that includes twice yearly maintenance which basically pays for itself. I would highly recommend them.
Chris and his team were great to work with! Very responsive, on time, took special care to keep the house clean while they ran a gas line for a new cooktop with minimal access to the ceiling. The process was made easy and they shared other programs they offer which I would be looking for anyway and was able to receive some additional discounting. My wife and I feel like they took very good care of our job and our home! Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
