Disappointed! No returns on accessories even though I rang straight after receiving the items and $13 for admin fee for returns, small online business I get it however there are way cheaper options and better quality! Would never recommend or buy from them! Must always remember to read each and every fine print for online purchases from small businesses!
All I can say is WOW 🤩 the service I received from this company was truely amazing. I ordered a dress last minute for a party. I received a call as the lady wanted to make sure measurements for the dress as it was a smaller make. After I grabbed my measurements she arranged a different dress as it was more suited. Was posted yesterday afternoon and arrived next day. Talk about going above and beyond. I’m so grateful that she genuinely cared if it was going to fit correctly. Great customer service highly recommend 💃🏻

The dresses are definitely good quality and nicely made but the sizing isn’t accurate. My friend and I are both size 22 and ordered 5XL which is supposedly 26/28 to be safe and so the dresses weren’t tight. Sadly they were very tight, I’d say no more than a size 18. When I returned the dresses and noted this issue I was advised that upon measuring the dresses they were the correct size. The issue, then, is that the sizes referenced by this store do not correspond to standard sizes, obviously. I was also charged an administration fee of $13 per dress for the return. Apparently this fee is stated online but, honestly, who reads these policies? I have never paid an admin fee to return anything, ever. It’s daylight robbery! Furthermore, as the dresses were no good I also returned the two headbands I purchased and was told they would not be refunded as headbands cannot be returned, also apparently a policy stated somewhere online. The headbands were completely unopened and untouched. Yet another revenue raising venture. I have been treated like a naughty child and the tone of the emails I’ve received is unacceptable and I’m $44 out of pocket to boot! If your dress fits, you’ll be happy. If not, good luck
