Edit for the second time:I’m giving some stars back (hopefully the rest later) bc the customer service is just phenomenal. I hadn’t even woken up yet to give them a call this morning and Devon had already called me to try and rectify the situation. I’m praying they can resolve the issue! Edit: I had to retract every star bc one week after sensor was replaced I had a slow leak of antifreeze all week onto my driveway (was scared it was oil, but placed cardboard under car yesterday and this morning I realized it was antifreeze) then later on today the slow leak turned to a full blown drain of my reservoir and overheated of course. As soon as I fill reservoir up, antifreeze is pouring from the middle of my engine. I will have to have it towed back to fleet doc in the morning. While the sensor seemed to work in the cold temps for a week, I now have a massive coolant leak 😭 Came in to get my coolant temp sensor replaced, and Devon got my escape in right away. Very pleasant to work with and a great overall customer service experience (positive attitude, great team moral and actually acted like he wanted to be there and genuinely enjoys his job). His techs got me in and out in about an hour. If this doesn’t fix my p1299 issue I will be back so they can further investigate. (Went ahead and had them switch the sensor without full diagnosis , bc I’m pretty sure that has been my issue the past couple of winters).
The team there was able to get my daughter’s vehicle in quickly. Friendly, honest, fair first 3 words that came to mind about service. Completely different experience than going through the dealership who was just trying to capitalize on a college student. I can’t thank the crew enough. All of the future work on the vehicle will be done here moving forward.
About four months ago, I brought my truck in for new brakes and was so very pleased, but I didn’t leave a review. Then another vehicle that I own needed some attention and I called the Fleet Doc again and they were wonderful in working to find the problems. I’m impressed with the communication, the professionalism and their diligence.
It is rare to find this honest of a shop - was told a Volvo needed front brakes by the dealer and another shop. We got another opinion and found the brakes do not need to be replaced. Devon has a lot of integrity, and it means so much to have a trusted shop that does not take advantage of situations. Highly recommend to friends and family.
I've been taking my 2020 Mazda CX5 to Fleet Doc for maintenance and repairs since I bought it in 2020. I always have a good experience. The staff are friendly, honest, competent, and professional. It costs money to keep a car in excellent condition but it is money I don't mind spending at Fleet Doc.
