First time I went to the store and they had great customer service. We went through the foot imagine process to determine sizing. The rep asked what kind of shoe I prefer and I tried a couple of pairs that he recommended. We were able to narrow down pretty quick what I needed and I ended up with exactly what I needed. Try them out if you need to upgrade from a generic running shoe to something a little more serious or you just want to treat your feet/knees a bit better.

If you have not tried Fleet Feet at the Quarry. Take this as a personal invite. Please go try them. Their customer service is great, and all the staff is very helpful (kudos to Cameron). I have used Fleet Feet for my last 2 purchases and enjoyed them tremendously. I recommend them 10 out of 10 for anyone looking to purchase good walking/running shoes. I was in and out of the store in minutes only because I knew what I wanted to buy, but you take all the time you want and they are very patient. I love theses guys. Keep up the good work Fleet Feet @ Quarry Market.

Amazing experience. Cameron was incredibly helpful and patient. He made this experience so memorable. I was not expecting such great service and assistance. He helped me find the perfect pair of shoes and i am so happy with this experience. Thank you for the best shoe purchasing experience. I will be back next time I’m in the market for shoes!

Great customer service. They really take time to help you find the best shoe for you, no matter how many people are shopping. This includes scanning your feet, sensing your cadence on a pad, and bring out plenty of shoes. I tried almost 10 pairs and never felt rushed, always felt heard. In fact, when the first round of shoes didn't result in a confident answer, the Hispanic female employee with short hair recommend a new round of boxes. It was great, that's where I found my perfect shoes. They were more expensive than my usual picks, but they we MY shoes, not random running shoes I found shopping alone at a different store which always resulted in shoes that didn't fit my needs or body.

So, after returning multiple pairs of walking shoes from Amazon (because apparently, my feet have commitment issues), my daughter finally had enough after seeing all my returns and suggested I try real help at Fleet Feet at The Quarry in San Antonio. She recommended they measure and scan my feet, and I’ll admit, I was skeptical. I mean, how different could it be from scrolling through Amazon and pressing "return" over and over? But, being the obedient parent I am, I figured I’d give it a shot. I walked into Fleet Feet (which was pleasantly quiet, because apparently, I was the only one having foot issues that morning), and the staff greeted me right away. I explained my dilemma—too many shoes, too little satisfaction—and they wasted no time getting me scanned and measured. The tech they used to scan my feet was pretty cool, and I started to feel like a VIP customer rather than someone who has been scammed by too many online shoe sales. After the foot scan, they brought out three pairs of shoes they said were perfect for my feet. Were they more expensive than what I usually spend on Amazon? Sure. Did they break my budget? Maybe just a little. But let me tell you, the OnCloud shoes I ended up with are like walking on a fluffy marshmallow cloud (but, you know, without the stickiness). I’ve been walking on air ever since. Literally. They’re that comfortable. So, while I may have spent a bit more than my typical online bargain hunter would recommend, I can confidently say that Fleet Feet has earned a repeat customer. My feet are happy, my wallet is… well, it's recovering, but totally worth it. Thanks, Fleet Feet, for saving my feet (and maybe my sanity). 10/10 would scan again.
