My favorite part of the day!!! I train with Heather and she is incredibly knowledgeable about muscle development, physiology, nutrition and athletic psychology. The facility has more equipment than I’ve seen in any other gym. There is never a moment where I have to wait to use something. The clientele is welcoming and focused. And, they’re expanding. Wow!!!!! This is the place to be if you’re a regular person looking to tone and get fit, or a prospective or seasoned competitor.
Gym itself is great. After canceling in May due to a move, and following all steps per the contract, I was charged until thanksgiving. It took 3 weeks of back and forth to receive a refund and I didn’t even get the right amount back.
Great gym. My wife and I were in town for thw weekend and wanted to get our workouts in. We found Flex via a google search. Getting a day pass, downloading the app, and signing a waiver wasn't exactly user friendly, but easy enough. The gym reminded us of our old school powerhouse gym but with newer equipment. They had a little bit of everything. You could definitely tell it was a legit bodybuilder gym. Had everything we needed.
Be careful starting a membership here, as you dig through reviews you will see it’s a scam you can barely get out of. I started a gym membership here in 2022. My husband and I had our 3rd child unexpectedly this year, and also took in home care of his grandparents who were disabled and one had dementia. They passed at the end of 2022/beginning 2023. I had tried to cancel in the middle of that year but assumed it would stop if I didn’t sign a new contract. I had no idea that 4 years later and never attending (I would not have been able to due to past balance anyway) that it would still be going on. I have over $1,000 that got sent to collections just this year. They did not send any emails until this past tuesday with an invoice stating all of this. I understand collections are said and done. I have tried to get ahold of Jason, I thought surely a business owner will help me? Until I realized there are more people like me, my husband, and his little sister who this has happened to and it obviously paid for his renovation. They don’t care at all. All I asked was for them to cancel it where it is now but I must have a $0 balance and come between 2-8pm on certain days. I would also pay a $300 early release fee. I tried to email Jason and still just got ahold of Shawn or Shane? Who says Jason won’t work a “deal” with me, and Jason hired him specifically to handle this. I don’t want a deal. I want out. I have 3 kids and this is ruining my credit and our future. Over a gym I visited a few times…
Absolutely amazing. Best place in the heartland of america to get your swoll on. Period. Its a must stop if you love lifting. We visit everytime we go to kc and buy a day pass
