Well it’s hard to say everything. I worked with Ivan he’s the greatest I told him what I needed and boom. He came to look measured and he helped me find the perfect color and style. Got me an estimate for it all then we set a date they came on time did a fantastic job and didn’t even take long. All I can say is he is AWESOME. Thank you so much.

Ivan with floors to go and the crew that worked on my floors were great to work with. Ivan made sure to personally call me with updates on order status and set clear expectations from the beginning. We used them for the initial installation, and also for a re-installation when half of our floors were damaged in a water leak. The crew was professional and efficient and did great work. I highly recommend working with this team for your next flooring project!
This is what $20,000 get you at Floors To Go. All the boards are bowing and lifting up, only 3 years old. We’ve had problems from the very beginning after install. It’s impossible to get through to anyone there. If you want good quality flooring and customer service go elsewhere. My Mother in Law Debra Robbins purchased these floors 3 years old. She has tried calling several times and is usually brushed off, or the blame is pointed at the contractor who y'all chose to do the install.
Charlotte was so helpful in finding the right floors for us! She went out of her way to get floors that matched our other floors!! I highly recommend working with Charlotte at Floors to go!!! The Installers also did a fantastic job & everyone was pleasant to work with!!! Great experience, don’t go anywhere else!!
