Ordering was super easy, and I loved getting a text when the flowers were out for delivery — I could even track the driver on the map in real time! Such a cool touch. The arrangement was beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. Most importantly, my mom was thrilled with the flowers! Will definitely order again!
Available for next day delivery when order placed at 5pm on a sunday. Most affordable and varied-color bouquets I could find from all florists. Sent me an email with a snapshot of the finished bouquet before delivery. Was texted a tracker app so I could track the delivery vehicle's journey, included the driver name and options to call/message them during their journey. Instant notification via email when flowers delivered. Unbelievably top-notch service, well run business utilizing the most recent technology. The bouquet was beautiful and larger than I expected - and I ordered the small! Will be recommending this florist to others in future.
Absolutely beautiful arrangement! From start to finish, the best online floral experience I’ve had. I ordered funeral flowers and they exceeded my expectations! I was kept up to date on the process through notifications and also had a voicemail about the delivery date. Loved the extra touch of sending me a pic of the final product - very nice! Will definitely use them again when I have the occasion!
This was the first of two funeral arrangements I purchased from Zach-Low. The customer service was exemplary. The arrangements were beyond beautiful. The flowers were fresh and carefully arranged. I cannot think of no other place to get my flower arrangements in the Albuquerque area.
I order flowers every year for Mother's Day to be delivered (since I am out of state) to my mother and MIL and this has been the best florist I have ever worked with! I had to reschedule one delivery because my MIL was traveling and they adjusted it easily for me. Both flower arrangements were perfect; I received a picture of both arrangements ahead of time and delivery updates on the way. Legitimately, the best user experience and they were extremely professional and kind.
