We just moved to East Austin and decided to trust Fluff n Buff with our fur babies’ first full grooming service here. Ella attended Austin and Malibu on her own and showed she is an amazing dog groomer. She was so kind and patient. We have two dogs and one of them, Austin, is a sweet but very difficult and anxious boy during grooming because he had a traumatic past experience with groomers & although I am sure he gave her a hard time, she was so patient and sweet to him and did an incredible job with both dogs. Truly such a blessing. We are so thankful and will be bringing our dogs back regularly and we are confident our dog Austin will build trust with the Fluff & Buff Groomers over time just like he did with his previous groomers.

Wonderful service and quality. It’s such a plus to have one dog at a time groomed. Our dogs never return stressed or shaking as they have from other groomers. Xaviar was great with our old dog who moved slowly, wonderful with shy dog and has been great with our new pup. We’ve come here for a couple of years and won’t go anywhere else.

Love this place! I found them on social media and I’m glad I did. My boy gets groomed by Xavier and Ceirstyn grooms my girl. Both do a wonderful job! They’re great at communicating and I love that they’re kennel free and provide individual care so I know my dogs are getting taken care of. Their pricing is great as well. My pups are happy and anxiety free at pick up and they look amazing!

I truly can’t say enough good things about Fluff N Buff! From the grooming itself to the way the business is run and the kindness of the entire team, it’s all top-notch. If you’re looking for a groomer, this is the place to go. We had previously taken our goldendoodle, Izzy, to another groomer for puppy cuts. But when it came time for her first full groom, it was a horrible experience, she came home with a cut paw pad that was bleeding, no bandage, and no apology. I had to ask for a paper towel just to get her home. Worse, they blamed her and charged us extra because the groom “took longer than expected.” And this was from the owner who groomed her. After that, it took me a few months to find a new groomer I felt comfortable with. I discovered Xavier and his team on social media and loved that they offer one-on-one appointments with no crating. I decided to give them a try, and I’m so glad I did. After our first visit, Izzy looked amazing. It was hands down the best cut she’s ever had, and more importantly, she was happy and relaxed when I picked her up. Their pricing is incredibly fair, and they’re always flexible when our schedule shifts. Today was Izzy’s fourth full groom with Fluff N Buff, and I’m still just as impressed as I was the first time. Every team member she’s worked with has been consistently wonderful. They genuinely go above and beyond. A perfect example? I had booked her for a regular cut today, but when I saw their Top Dog Spa promo with the free Fi collar, I asked if we could upgrade the appointment. They made it happen without hesitation. We ran into a hiccup with the QR code for the promo, and Xavier personally reached out to his rep to make sure everything was sorted for us. It’s a rare and refreshing thing to find a groomer who not only cares deeply for your pup but also runs a reliable, thoughtful business. Fluff N Buff has both, exceptional care and exceptional customer service.

Xavier is AWESOME! Took in my Shepherd and he did an AMAZING job for a reasonable price. Booked her next session before I left. Chloe came out looking younger, lighter, happier and frisky!! She is 13cand he took such gentle care. I could tell Chloe loved Xavier Update: took my three boys to have their nails trimmed and I just can't say enough about Xavierband Fluff and Buff. My boys just loved him.
