Flux got back to me right away, discussed my hard drive issue with me over the phone, and after concluding that they wouldn't have the necessary tools, gave me detailed instructions on how to solve my problem with another recommended vendor. Super friendly and professional, I will call them first next time I have an issue!

Jason helped me without even having me come in. I explained my problem with my drive and he was up front in saying he probably can't fix this and that it would cost a decent amount to try to. This did not stop him from providing a consultation over the phone, however, that ultimately helped me save all but 4 photos out of 4000+ from and old iPhone I had backed up. Thank you for the workaround Flux!

Jason at Flux Computer was incredibly responsive to helping me get my new Mac up and running. I have a very old laptop that needed to be replaced and all data and photos transferred. Not only did he do the transfer, he also cleaned up a bunch of extra messes I had accumulated. He asks the right questions, has amazing patience with me as a non techie and he handled everything I needed. As a huge bonus, Jason worked over the weekend to meet a tight timeline I had to get my computer before the holiday. Super grateful and I’ll be happy to work with Flux computer again soon!

I reached out to Jason via email to get some support and advice on upgrading an old computer. He responded promptly via email asking for a phone number and then continued to attempt to contact me despite my not being available when he called the first time. When we spoke, he was so helpful. What I realize that I needed and ultimately was open to was advice on whether or not to upgrade my current system or whether or not I needed to start all over. I appreciated his honest advice, and even though it ultimately resulted in not needing his services, he was generous with his time. I’ve been looking for a new go to computer repair person and I think I found him. And my new computer is coming tomorrow!
