We were there for a birthday party. We had a great time and my son absolutely loved it. Our only complaint is that we were there for the very opening of the facility and it looked like the floors had not been cleaned. I get it's the winter and hard to keep up with the winter elements throughout the day but when you just open and floor are still salty and filthy from the day before you can do better.

Great experience at Flying Squirrel for my daughter’s birthday party! The kids had a blast, the staff was really helpful, and Izabella was amazing, so kind and supportive. She made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Flying Squirrel for kids’ parties or just for fun😊

Great experience here. Took the family here as a gift for xmas, pricing is reasonable, the staff are great too, super friendly, thr level of safety and supervision here is also great. Have nothing but good things to say about our experience here, I would highly recommend for any family to take their young ones here as a family outing. We had a great time and made a ton of memories with my 4 year old granddaughter who will always remember when we took her here for Christmas! Keep up the great work guys. Thank you

Had a Neon Light Birthday Party at Flying Squirrel Hamilton for my 11 year old daughter with all her friends. And it was amazing. Our hostess Victoria was great from beginning to end. She greeted us when we first arrived and helps us check in all of our guests. She made sure our party area was clean and ready for us to have the party. The 30 mins before the Neon starts was really nice for the kids to have their pizza and snacks. The pizza was served hot and sliced up ready for all the guests. The kids said the pizza was delicious, and the slushy was great for them to enjoy before Neon started. The kids had a blast jumping, with the time of the day it was not too busy, with lots of room to jump and enjoy all the areas. Everyone enjoyed the Neon atmosphere and the music, it was at a good volume, for the kids to enjoy but also not too loud, so they’re were able to talk to their friends. When it was time for cake, Victoria stepped up to cut our ice cream cake. Which was still kind of frozen. It was a tough job, but she was very persistent and didn’t quit cutting until everyone had a slice of cake. When the party was over, the hostess gave us lots time to get ready before we left. Did not rush us out and made sure we were well taken care of and asked us if we needed anything. She also took care of all the clean up. The jumping was fun, the food was delicious, the service was great and I felt the price for the whole package was quite reasonable.

Flying Squirrel was a fantastic experience—an opportunity to jump to your heart’s content, with plenty of energy and laughter. The slushies were refreshing, and the arcade inside added an extra layer of fun that kept the day going even after jumping. If you can, I’d recommend going on non-weekend days so you’ll have more space to yourself. Also, keep your socks handy to avoid spending repeatedly on extras. What I really liked is that the location isn’t just about trampolines—it’s part of a bigger area that’s open to food and shopping experiences as well. I enjoy places like this that blend fun activities with opportunities to explore nearby restaurants or shops. It makes the whole outing feel more complete, and I’m always excited to discover spots that create those memorable, well-rounded experiences.
