Kids had a great time! It was a little disappointing that on a non busy Thursday at 4pm we could not purchase tickets there to avoid the $2.30 convenience online fee per ticket. Was told by the worker it’s more expensive there than online and the boss would not let them ring up on arrival. But I was able to purchase from them the walker assists for kids and that apparently is cheaper than online. Just really didn’t make much sense.

This experience was incredibly frustrating and honestly heartbreaking. On 12/26/25, my family and I went ice skating, which was supposed to be a special day for us. The moment we arrived at the outdoor rink, it began raining. We immediately ran to the office and were told we could get a refund—just email the address they provided. We did exactly that, sent the email right away, included photos clearly showing the rain, and explained the situation. Instead of honoring what we were told in person, the company flat-out refused a refund and said we could only rebook. At that point, we agreed to rebook for Sunday just so we wouldn’t lose the $75 we already paid, even though it meant rearranging our plans and driving back again. This company showed zero care for families or customer experience. It felt like profit was their only concern. What made it even worse was that they claimed they were “sold out,” yet when we walked up, they were telling people to buy tickets online on the spot and they’d be let in anyway. That alone felt extremely dishonest. Overall, the lack of empathy, poor communication, and refusal to stand by what they promised made this a terrible experience. This was supposed to be a memorable family outing, and instead it turned into stress and disappointment. I absolutely do not recommend this company. Pay at your own risk.

Although Google Maps shows that the ice rink was open -with today’s date and hours-there was no one there when we arrived. There is also no phone number available to contact for information. Don’t waste your time coming here…

Oh man you guys, save yourself the trip please! At least call and find out if their Zamboni tech will be there to smooth the ice between the 90 minute sessions. And I hope NOBODY has to deal with the 'management' that you have to email and wait for 3 days to get a response!! I asked for a partial refund due to their ice being so carved up, don't even bother. Customer service at the rink kiosk was well below average. If you expect a nice experience and don't want to pay an arm and a leg ($25 per person) then just avoid this place.

We took our snow gear because it was raining. And we had so much fun. The staff was really friendly and they were there to help turn the fire on and get us going. I would suggest going towards the evening as most people want to stay warm and it does get cold at night. Make sure you bring a hot drink or some room temperature water. It helps to have waterproof gloves, just in case you fall. Always be careful with your fingers☺️
