The owner was very helpful finding what I needed. Among other products I was happy with, he accidentally sold me the wrong charger. I came back to complain and even though I lost the receipt he gave me a full refund. He was in general very friendly and professional.

Had an issue with my phones charging port. They were very transparent explaining what the issue was and only took 25 minutes to sort. After doing the fix they also showed me what they had done and told me how to prevent the issue from happening again. Would definitely use them again for any other phone issues

A really amazing shop. Got my phone screen replaced at a very good price and the quality was even better than what was on it before. Very professional and speedy service also. I have come back multiple since for queries and he is always willing to talk to me and help me with my phone. I highly recommend!

I was so so happy with my time at the shop! I was attended by Usama, who was kind, friendly and really helpful. My phone stopped working after doing an update and he was able to fix it by changing the battery at a great price! He was also really calm when a couple of rude teenagers came in - I was shocked at how much patience he had, because I wouldn’t have handled it as weel as he did. He gave me some great advice about phone in general, too! God bless you 🙏🏾

Wow! What a brilliant guy! He not only stocked everything I needed ( Samsung super fast charger and cable), but he also installed me a crystal clear new glass screen protector for my S21. While I was there, another customer came in to have her phone screen changed. He did that while I was there charging my phone, which was another kind act, as I'd travelled to Durham without my phone charger!
