My Experience with Food Tracks Canada I recently connected with a representative from Food Truck Canada in Calgary named Sukhi. After several calls back and forth, I decided to proceed with this company to build the food trailer I desired. Initially, I was quite skeptical, after reading the reviews, and due to the fact that I was 12.5 hours away and unable to personally verify the legitimacy of the business. In the end, I am glad I made the decision to work with them. Yesterday, I picked up my trailer from Calgary, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. They fulfilled my specifications precisely. When I picked up the food trailer, Sukhi gave me a comprehensive tour, demonstrated the operation of all equipment, and explained every detail thoroughly. With 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry, I felt reassured by his expertise. During the installation, one of the fridge freezer combos was found broken in the box, but Sukhi went above and beyond to replace it promptly. Before I departed, we ensured that all the lights were functioning correctly. Sukhi even shared a story about a customer who experienced a flat tire on a trip to BC and generously provided me with a spare tire at no extra cost, given the long distance I would be traveling.
